Mangaroca Cachaca / 70cl

Mangaroca Cachaca - made from the juice of sugar-cane, Cachaca is the classical basis for the most famous Brazilian drinks: Caipirinha.

Caipirinha ingredients:

5.0 cl cachaça
½ Fresh Lime cut into 4 wedges
2 teaspoons Muscovado sugar
 
Place lime pieces and the measured sugar into a cocktail mixer and muddle (mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon).  Get an ice chilled glass and fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cachaça.
