Cognac

Yet another one of Frances most treasured exports, Cognac is by far one of the smoothest and most delicious aperitifs still produced today. Although some processes have adapted and evolved as time goes by, many of the traditional methods and practises used in producing quality brandy are still applied today to create exceptional and highly rewarding examples.

Much in the same way as Champagne derives its name; Cognac is named after the region in France where it is produced and must be in order to be given the name, otherwise it is known as Brandy.
