Derived from the fermentation of the Mexican blue agave plant, Tequila has been a popular drink around the world for many years. Consumed normally as a shot or chaser, with salt and lemon, there is far more to the full scale of tequila varieties than meets the eye.

Produced by a number of artisan distillers, there are varying degrees of refinement when looking at this selection of alcoholic beverage on a wider scale. In addition to the mass produced versions that promote quite a bitter taste, there are several bespoke varieties that are manufactured which are highly refined and aged to offer a smooth and unparalleled spirit experience.
