Philippe de Romeray Premier Cru Brut / 75cl

This very elegant and stylish Champagne from an important 21 hectare domaine in Ogar on the Cote des Blancs is made using grapes predominantly from the Premier Cru villages of Vertus, Rilly, Le Mesnil and Oger.

The blend is 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, matured at least 30 months in bottle.

Beautifully balanced with a long persistent finish this is a superb example of fine Champagne at a very attractive price!
