Can I Pay For My Wine And Drinks Using Paypal?

At present we have only opened business for delivery within the UK, however we do hope to open up our business to other international destinations such as the USA. In the meantime you are free to place and order from outside of the country for delivery within the UK

What Should I Do If My Parcel Is Damaged On Devilery?

Out of the many parcels we send out it is possible for a tiny percentage to get damaged in transit. If this occurs please refuse the parcel on delivery as it will be sent back to us or sign for the goods as arrived damaged and we will send out a replacement. If the damage becomes apparent once the parcel is opened you must take photograph and email them to us immediately and we will send out a replacement.

What If I Need To Return My Goods

All items purchased are subject to our terms and conditions. In any case if you require to return your goods you must first contact us giving the reason and only then we will advise whether returning an item for your reason is within covered by our terms and conditions. Any goods returned without informing us first may result in non-refundable expenses or additional costs to you.
