Can I Request For My Parcel To Be Left Unattended If I Am Not In?

Unfortunately this is not possible since all parcels must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18. In the case that you are not available to accept the goods the courier company will try once more. Please read out shipping details and our terms and conditions for more information.

Can I Have The Goods Sent To A Work Address?

Yes you can add your work address as a shipping address but you are fully responsible for any losses after the parcel has been delivered to the address as sometime the goods can only be left at the reception or in large corporations you cannot be located.  We accept no liability for any loses after a signature has been obtained from any member of staff at the company you are sending to.

To pay for an order with a UK cheque, please call us on 0208 574 2663 to place the order and your items will be shipped once the funds have been cleared.

Is It Possible To Send My Order To Another Address?

Yes on checkout currently you may send your order to any address within the UK. Any attempt to send an order ouside of the UK will result in the order being cancelled

Do You Ship Out Of The UK?

At present we have only opened business for delivery within mainland UK, however we do hope to open up our business to other international destinations such as the USA. In the meantime you are free to place and order from outside of the country for delivery within the UK

We hope to get your order dispatched within 5 working days if not earlier unless the item(s) are out of stock in which case we will contact you and advise you on when we expect to get the goods to you or suggest an alternative

Do I Have To Order A Minimum Quantity?

The beauty of our service is that we are happy to delivery one bottle and up-to how ever many you want (unless a minimum quantity has been specified for a particular product)

What Should I Do If My Parcel Is Damaged On Devilery?

Out of the many parcels we send out it is possible for a tiny percentage to get damaged in transit. If this occurs please refuse the parcel on delivery as it will be sent back to us or sign for the goods as arrived damaged and we will send out a replacement. If the damage becomes apparent once the parcel is opened you must take photograph and email them to us immediately and we will send out a replacement.

What If I Need To Return My Goods

All items purchased are subject to our terms and conditions. In any case if you require to return your goods you must first contact us giving the reason and only then we will advise whether returning an item for your reason is within covered by our terms and conditions. Any goods returned without informing us first may result in non-refundable expenses or additional costs to you.
