Contact Us Before Making A Return:
Please note that in any circumstance where you need to send goods back to us you must make arrangements with us first, as any returned goods to us without our consent can result in a non-refund and non-replacement situation which includes the cost of you delivering to us.
We always ensure that quality standards are met when supplying our products however in the event you are unhappy with the products purchased we will provide you with a full refund (excluding the delivery charge) where goods are not faulty. You must inform us within 7 working days in writing to email@example.com following the delivery of goods.
The returned product(s) must be in a sellable condition with all packing intact and without any damage. After receiving the product(s) we will issue a refund within 30 days if all conditions have been met. Any costs incurred for returning the goods are the responsibilty of the customer.
Non-Collected Returned Goods:
Our couriers will attempts twice to deliver you goods and then hold the goods for up-to 7 days at one of their depots. If you do not collect these goods then they will be returned to us at which point you will either be charged an additional £8.99 or have this deducted from your total amount.
If however, out of the many parcels we send out it is possible for a tiny percentage to get damaged in transit. If this occurs please refuse the parcel on delivery as it will be sent back to us or sign for the goods as arrived damaged and we will send out a replacement. Onus is on the buyer to check that the goods are in good conditions before accepting and signing the goods on delivery.
Incorrect Products Delivered
Please contact us on 0208 574 2663 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received incorrect goods. All terms and conditions apply set by Capital Drinks apply and you should return the goods to us after you have notified us and made arrangements with us to do so. Upon receiving the returned goods you will have the option to either get a refund in full or have the correct goods sent to you as soon as possible.
