This is a single estate extra virgin olive oil with organic certification, from Andalucía. The name (moon olive grove) is in connection to the olive groves in the mountains of Sierra de los Pedroches, which in the past were cleared and planted at night by the light of the moon.

The producer exclusively uses olives from their own groves and employs integrated farming techniques, to further reduce their impact on the environment.The main variety is Nevadillo blanco, native to the region, supplemented by Lechin, Picudo or Manzanilla.

The oil is extracted as soon as the harvest takes place and the stone pressing at room temperature produces an unfiltered oil that retains all its organoleptic qualities.
