The grapes for this Cape Classique South African sparkling rose wine, is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which were pressed together and the refractional recovery from whole bunches ensured the finest quality juice. This followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle, with the wine spending sufficient time on the lees.
The result is a sparkling rose wine with a charming pink hue, complex fruit flavours and a fine, creamy mouse.
