Chateau du Seuil, Cerons / 50cl

The tiny appelation of Cerons borders the northern side of Sauternes and benefits from autumnal mists, which encourage the development of 'Botrytis'.  Made using the same labour-intensive methods as Sauternes, with individual grape selection from the bunches, followed by a partial vinification of French oak barrels.  The result is a rich, luscious sweet wine with a pronounced honeyed bouquet and fresh, citrus flavour.
