Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any items from Narang Empire T/A Capital Drinks through any medium you will be subject to our terms and conditions.  Note that for any purchase you make that you should ensure that you are not breaking any third-party agreement or law as Capital Drinks accepts no liabilty of any breach by the placement of your order.  All goods remain the property of Capital Drinks until paid for in full.  All orders processed through www.capitaldrinks.com or other mediums are done so by Narang Empire Limited.

For every transaction that is made we hold the right to decline any order and therefore will have no obligation to you.

Availability

We may release orders partially complete and then dispatch the rest of the order at no extra cost when products available.  If this ever is the case we will inform you promptly or suggest an alternative product.  We also reserve the right to not partially complete orders and wait until all goods are in stock, in either case we will make you aware of the situation and also provide the option for you to cancel the order and get a refund.

Order Notification and Minimum Legal Age

For every order we will notify you by email when your order has been submitted and debit your account with the appropriate amount.  All sales can only be made after you have confirmed that you are 18 years or older upon checkout by accepting these terms and conditions upon checkout as we do not sell to any person under this age.  The amount debited from your account may differ therefore indicating a price or service increase that are beyond our control.  However any price increase will be fair and proportionate to the market condition at that point in time.  You also agree that you take full responsibility for the person accepting you goods and that they are also above 18 years of age.

Delivery Conditions

We will send all goods to the specified address that you have provided and you agree to take full responsibility for arrange that the recipient is 18 years or older.  Orders will be dispatched once funds have been cleared and delivery may take place any time of the day.  Please keep note that delivery is not available on public holidays.  Also please see our shipping information for all countries and regions that we can send our goods to.  In the situation where you are not available to accept goods a card will be left by a carrier to arrange another delivery time.  If delivery is not successful after these attempts then the goods will be returned to us and you will be charged for items to be re-dispatched or any charges the courier may charge Capital Drinks for the return of goods.

In the event we have to use an alternative delivery company and the cost is greater than that you have already been charged, we have the right change the total cost after notifying you.

Please not that we do not dispatch to any P.O Box addresses and our delivery is limited to certain zones for which you must check the full shiping and returns information by clicking here.

You will check that the goods are in good condition before signing for them.

Also we take no responsibilty for non-delivery of goods by any of our couriers where certain conditions such a weather conditions make it difficult for them to deliver to you.  We also accept no liability or costs that you may lose due to non-delivery of goods except for the goods themselves.

We understand that you may provide a work address as your shipping address but in some circumstances the courier company can only leave the parcel at reception and therefore in the circumstance that the parcel goes missing within your work place or you are not informed of your delivery of good, you are fully responsible for any loses as Capital Drinks accepts no liabilty.

On a case-by-case request we may allow for you to request goods to be left at your neighbours house if you are not in, however you cannot claim for loses or damages since you are responsible of the safe keeping and checking of any goods ordered by you!

Taxes and Duties

All of our products are subject to UK VAT and when sending products within the UK and the EU.

For orders to addresses outside the EU, we will not charge VAT.  These orders may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country which are calculated once the package reaches the country.  Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; and may vary therefore we are unable to estimate these costs for you.  Please ensure that you are not breaking any law by ordering from Capital Drinks that will hinder your delivery or cause problems through Customs & Excise as we will not be liable for such loses.

Our Liabilities

Capital Drinks will accept no libaility of losses incurred by incorrect or incomplete details that you provide to us.

Capital Drinks has the right to amend or update order values that are noticed to be erronous or have missing data E & O.E apply.

We will not accept any liabilty of non-delivery of goods unless you have been charged for the goods, or you have given us notice of any shortages within 7 working days and loses have not occurred through your neglegance of destination countries law regarding purchase of alcoholic goods for import.

We will not be held liable for any technical issue out of our hands.

We accept no liability for any loss of good where the parcel has been lost at the place of delivery after a signature has been obtained - such examples are of parcels sent to work addresses and items held at reception where you may not be notified of delivery of goods.

We except no liabilities for inaccuracies of products ingredients as many of the descriptions are given to us by our suppliers.

Returns

We always ensure that quality standards are met when supplying our products however in the event you are unhappy with the products purchased we will provide you with a full refund (excluding the delivery charge) where goods are not faulty. You must inform us within 7 working days in writing to support@capitaldrinks.com following the delivery of goods.

The returned product(s) must be in a sellable condition with all packing intact and without any damage. After receiving the product(s) we will issue a refund within 30 days if all conditions have been met. Any costs incurred for returning the goods are the responsibilty of the customer.

If however, out of the many parcels we send out it is possible for a tiny percentage to get damaged in transit. If this occurs please refuse the parcel on delivery as it will be sent back to us or sign for the goods as arrived damaged and we will send out a replacement. Onus is on the buyer to check the condition of goods before signing for any items from Capital Drinks as we accept no liabilty for breakages noted after you have signed for the items.

All terms and conditions apply set by Capital Drinks and you should return the goods to us after you have notified us and made arrangements with us to do so. Upon Capital Drinks receiving the returned goods you will have the option to either get a refund in full or have the correct goods sent to you as soon as possible.

Please note that in any circumstance where you need to send goods back to us you must make arrangements with us first as any returned goods without our consent we may refuse refund and replacement for products or delivery at your expense.

Limitations

We will have no liability for any issues with the quality of any product after 7 days from delivery. In the case of undelievered, shortages will have no responsibility or liability unless you tell us within 7 days from delivery. At our options we will either credit your account, replace the goods with the same or higher value. We also reserve the right to replace goods of same or greater value in the circumstance of shortage of supply especially in the case of vinatges.
