Bruno Paillard Brut Vintage Assemblage is a pale straw coloured Champagne with a fine and delicate mousse.   Strong nose with spicy aromas and ample notes of brioche, dried fruits and toasted bread.   Energetic and structured on the palate with more dried fruit flavours and a long lasting finish.
