Chateau des Sarrins Cotes de Provence Rose - This delicious French rose wine is produced mainly from Cinsault (around 50%), Grenache (around 35%) with a little Syrah (10%) and Mourvèdre (5%).

The wine has a deep ruby colour and the makeup of the wine is powerful and quite tannic.  On the nose, the first thought is a bouquet of Rosmary, Thyme, Resin and spices.  Then to follow are aromas of dark fruit (black current, blueberry) and seductive chocolate, spiraling toward smoky and "eau de vie" notes.  In the mouth , tanins are smooth and silky, empowering a beautiful and elegant complexity.
